I shared in my most recent Instagram reel how I got blood work done recently and how important it is to get regular blood work done. I think it is beneficial to get it done twice a year if possible 3-6 months apart or at least once a year to see where your internal health is at. This year, I signed up for Function Health and I really enjoyed it because I got over 100 blood markers done. It checks your heart health, thyroid, pancreas, liver function, nutrients, and even gives you a biological age based on your numbers, which is really fascinating. I don't have any partnership or anything with them, but wanted to just share because it can be so challenging to get all the labs you want done through your doctor typically and this is another option if you are wanting to get a full panel at a reasonable price.
